• The school may alter the fee and other charges from time to time but only once a year and that too as per the DAV norms. 
• The students will be provided with the books from class nursery to 8th from the school itself at time of the admission. The students from class 9th to 12th are advised to buy the books as prescribed by CBSE board from the market. (List can be obtained from the school) The notebooks for all the classes have to be purchased from the market itself.  
• The students are asked to make Models and do the project work related to the subject from time to time for which they are also evaluated and the marks are added in Formative Assessments (F.A.). Since Project work  and Model making are a part of curriculum and the students are expected to abide by the instructions given in respect of the same, defiance to which will be dealt seriously. 
• If any change occurs in the school uniform for a cause at any point of time during the session, the school expects the parents to follow  the change without falling into any controversy. 
• The students who damage the school property will be obliged to make good the damage. 
• The school reserves the right to terminate a student for any serious misconduct or any cause for which the Principal deems the student to  be responsible. 
• It is mandatory for the students to reach the school on time failing to which the child will be levied with fine. 
• Denial to participation in the curricular and co curricular activities (whether inter school or inter house), activities will be treated as an   offence and the school reserves the right to take an action against the same as per the rules set up by the school. 
• Shall there be any meeting or call from school kindly ensure the school insignia ( Logo) printed on the instruction slip. In case of absence of this insignia, do not pay any heed to it as it has no connection with the school.
• In case of any query of suggestion, kindly feel free to talk to the principal in his office preferably during 03:00 pm to 05:00pm on all working days. We assure your good self that the queries and valuable suggestions will be accepted with utmost priority. 
• It has been felt that some of the parents show indifferent attitude while they are called in the office to get them informed about their wards performance and finally they take all pride putting the whole responsibility of the  unsatisfactory performance of their ward on teacher shoulders. It is hereby requested that kindly take such calls positively and seriously as well. 
• The school timings for respective wings is as follows : 

                           Nursery to KG          9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
                              1st to 5th              9:30 a.m. -  2:35 p.m.
                              6th to +2              9:30 a.m. -  3:45 p.m
